I personally just dislike his design choices. Designers are suposed to solve problems, he simply avoids them and paints a random animal in different colors to make it look like a Pokémon from very far away. For Arvalis, Electrodes are armadillos and if he sees a Honedge flying he says "yep that's an insect!". A good example of his bug fixation is the centipede Giratina that people always post here, it's not even Origin Giratina, it's suposed to be the chubby more dragon-like Giratina you see in Diamond and Pearl.

As far as him personally, I haven't bothered to learn anything about him not even online. I only know his girlfriend lurks this hole, apparently. Say hi anons, Arvalis himself might be watching!

In fact, it already dies quickly because all competing embryos kill one another until the womb dies.

So it's literally a pokemon that exists solely to be edgy, can't survive in the wild (because it's literally a womb) and wouldn't be created in the wild. It's like if Shadynasty got to write the pokemon experiments going on in Aether.
