Don't fall for the Venoshock meme, it's never good on any opponent with a functioning brain.
Don't bother with Dragon moves on anything that isn't receiving STAB from it.
Don't bother with Nasty Plot, Salazzle is too frail to reliably set up.
You should always run Toxic on Salazzle, that's literally the only reason to use it.
Your last move should either be for coverage from HP, or utility.

OP wanted help to run Salazzle, a frail fast attacker can do good when it's threats are removed/taken care off. This is pokemon 101.

IT is the only reason to use it. Fast decent glass special attacker that can poison toxipex / skarmory. It doesn't have crazy good coverage moves. STAB + Toxic is the way to go. Can run Knock Off to catch switch ins. With the right support you can run Nasty Plot when you CAN force a switch, but I think it won't be worth it. Focus Sash maybe? Niche utility in a frail 366 SPE SPA attacker.

It also gets Disable and has the speed for a gimmicky Sub/Disable set a la Gengar.

Gimmicky set with Subbing until you get a berry boost then using Belch.

Fire blast and Sludge wave to maximise stab with Sp. Attack.

Substitute to not die when setting up a toxic. Sludge will replenish some health.

Since it's tone shot by any priority or the many pokes that are faster it's too squishy to set up.
Instead its job is to spread status around and then hit shit like a truck when it's time to clean up later.

Overheat, Sludge Wave, Toxic, and Encore.
