I don't understand why people get so pissy about Eevee in Wonder Trade still too. The fact that there are so many evolutions & the general popularity is why they are spammed. Also Sylveon shared its debut with Wonder Trade, so that made it abundant back then. Apricorn Balls being available this generation will most likely keep them a bit high up there with breeding rejects. That last part only applies to newer/casual players who probably don't know about the balltism lengths certain other players will go through.

Balltism & egg moves aren't going to matter so much once Pokemon Bank returns, among other things.
