Nope, there is absolutely nothing that can make use of a neutral nature, they and the natures that boost one defense stat while nerfing the other are worthless.

I wouldn't think so. Even Pokemon with equal stats and good movepools like Arceus or Mew still pick stats to specialize

I exclusively use neutral natured mons, I find that overcoming the disadvantage makes my wins that much more exhilirating

Unfortunately, the advantage of having a stat boost by a nature is much bigger than the disadvantage of having another stat nerfed by it.
