I personally run AV, which makes it incredibly bulky vs special attackers. Switching AV for something else like smooth stone lets you use sneaky pebbles though, but I don't think pebbles are very useful outside of certain matchups.

nah son, you just use a specific type for your whole team. check the pastebin in the op, its got lists of each type and the pokemon allowed in each type. the only things youre not allowed to have are UBs, tapus, Legendaries, and moves/abilities that require pokebank. other than that it's just flat rules, as explained here >>30667547

As long as the person isn't a total gayfag, you can have fun with any type. We had a super friendly guy from the Philippines use Dragon in season 1, and I loved fighting with or against him.

If I have angst against Dragons, it's just me being annoyed at Game Freak for doing so many 600BST Dragons, not people who use Dragons.
