Weavile can deal with garchomp easily, but you should not put it up against a metagross unless you want a bullet punch to the face.

Its a great revenge killer, it WAS OU last gen, but the prevalence of bugs and fighting types now, specially the roach, really hurt it. If you really need a good dark or ice type go for it, just dont expect perfection.

Then, of course, you have psuedo legends, pokemon with lore, and connections to legendary or mythical pokemon.
