Well Dark got a E4 member the gen it debuted and it had even less options for Pokemon in it than Fairy does now so I wouldn't count Fairy Elite Four out of happening soon.

That's because a Dark Type Gym Leader would only work in a place like Po Town run by an evil team which doesn't seem like it'd have an official standing. Elite Four can be much more sinister and thus fit the typing that is emblematic of evil

Memes aside, a fairy-only team on E4 might be too hard for most players (thinking of the casual players here). Mina is fucking hell to beat if you don't have any steel or poison pokemon on your team.
