Have you seriously never heard of OCD? I got diagnosed 18 years ago because I was washing my hands to the point that they were bloody and raw.

Medication can kill my GAD completely, but my OCD is what makes me do really stupid shit in video games (such as balltism, I learned how to RNG abuse in Gen 5 since there was no way to get good pokemon with sexy balls then) and I still always feel tainted. Even if it's not as bad with medication than it was when I didn't have medication.
