For real though, Lead Koko/vs Lead Jolt is fantastic if you don't mind risking the speed tie. T-bolt's a two-shot under terrain, and Koko's dazzling gleam fails to two-shot jolteon without a life orb.

They cannot fuck with its typing since it's an eeveelution so it can't get a secondary STAB and I can't think of a single ability that would make it better without breaking the theme, except for maybe lightning rod but at the end of the day it'd still be a shittier Manectric.
