I got my Destiny Knot by pretending to be Nanu and running around with 6 Meowths at about Level 25-35, since Pick-Up has a chance to find them.

You're relying on RNG and an uncertain amount of time to get it, but you also get a bunch of assorted goodies in the process which seems a far more worthwhile "farming method"

You get 1bp for losing at battle royale (you get only 2 for actually bothering to win a match) so if you just find three geodudes with self-destruct you have a very slow but reliable farming method.

More of a mid-game thing when you don't yet have access to the Battle Tree, but can be handy for cheap stuff like Power Anklet.

10% chance after a battle, yes.

In my case I just got a high level Butterfree with Thief and looked for items at the same time.

A good spot to "farm" is where the Minior are, as you can steal Star Pieces, Metal Coats, Moon Stones from the various pokemon that appear.

Another option if you only care about Pickup procs is to do it where the 1% bagon is. If you're lucky it will show up and you may have a chance to get that Level 10 Salamence - depends how much you care about getting one (they're great on the GTS)

Depends on who the parents are. If they are the exact same species (two Pikipeks) the chance is 50/50 it will pass either ball. If not, it will be in the ball of the mother.

you need: a trubbish with only recycle (move reminder and deleter will help)
a persian with switcheroo and a leppa berry
a smeargle with false swipe, recycle, substitute, and a damage move and a leppa berry


go to mount hokulani and chain dittos until past 30 for decent IVs. put the trubbish in front

when the ditto transforms into the trubbish, it can't do shit. switch to persian and switcharoo it the leppa berry. now it can never run out of pp

swap to the smeargle and use substitute. now summoned dittos can never transform. false swipe the trubbish!ditto until it's at 1 hp, use an adrenaline orb, and your infinite pp smeargle can kill them while the original can run out of pp

repeat this process until you get dittos with all the natures/iv spreads you want. they will be your biggest resource for iv/nature breeding when you get a destiny knot and an everstone which you can get griding bp later, or with some lucky 6 meowth pickup teams

after that, it's easy. breed 1 pokemon with a nature ditto holding an everstone, then swap the everstone to the child and breed it with an iv ditto holding a destiny knot until you get your desired spread.

use the box in front of the nursery for hatching eggs. step inside, summon tauros, and run in slow circles.

yeah, it is. getting all the ev training items is hard as shit if you dont have a competitive team, and making one need the power items. you can maybe get away with using a UB/Tapu team in battle tree until you save up 96 bp. chaining with a power item is ridiculously fast in comparison
