Both. You honestly don't need anything else. You can run Choice Band or Life Orb or even Assault Vest with Close Combat, Spectral Thief, Shadow Sneak, Ice Punch. Bulk Up is usable but not necessary, and I would rather replace Ice Punch over Shadow Sneak, as Landorus takes a minimum of 70% from Marshadow's Spectral Thief after a Bulk Up and accounting Intimidate.
And you don't even have to run Jolly because you have enough speed to outspeed ponies with Adamant while Latios and Metagross murdered by snek. Well Metagross needs a bit of damage since Life Orb snek does between 66% and 81% but it's fuckhuge anyway. Bulk Up makes Metagross irrelevant.
