Stop wasting your moveslot on Toxic Spikes on this mon. Grounded Poison types including opposing Toxapex are so popular along with Steel, Flying and Levitating pokemon that you're very unlikely to get a Poison on more than one opponent and you'll need to spend two turns for two layers if you want toxic poison instead of regular. Scald/Toxic/Recover/Haze is its best set by far.
