I'd have to give it to the weather trio as well. The theme really fits with the intensity and gravity of kyogre and groudon being devastating. I liked how origins showed that they help nothing and that their full powers are something that modern day pokemon can't handle.

I like the choir in the generations version. The bell really sells the theme for me, but if they added a disaster siren in any of the versions, it'd be amazing.
Really loved the Hoenn and Alola themes. Deoxys, regis, and the weather trio were really fitting. I loved how much the Tapu themes suited them as well. The sound of the terrains activating even complimented the music. Vocals were cool as well. UB and legend theme were great. Giratina's theme was also nice and fitting.
