It's slower than most defensive Pokemon if not invested, has crap special bulk, is part Rock (the second worst type defensively after Ice), its dual STAB is walled by Ground types without having any coverage to really hurt them and running Galvanize makes you give up on Sturdy and therefore become even more vulnerable.
