You can edit pretty much everything that PkHeX supports. For S/M this is event flags, zygarde cells, uniques met/captured, etc.

For example, if you're retarded like me and fucked up your Tapu Koko capture because you thought it might only show up once and you didn't feel like resetting through all that story, you can go into pkhex and set Tapu Koko to Defeated or Unmet, which will allow you to spawn it again at the altar. My 1st Tapu Koko was so ridiculously fucked up I still can hardly believe it happened, I caught it while it was on fire at about 50% hp with a random dusk ball I tossed while panicking.

I reset the flag so I could do it properly and get a non-shitty nature, wherein of course it resists every ball I toss at 1 hp like it was going out of style.
