If you make a shitty hacked pokemon (I.e. Impossible moves or something) the game will cockblock you if you try to use it or trade it online. But they won't ban you.
Nintendo isn't going to ban little Timmy with his Powersaves, they're just going to prevent him from spreading clearly impossible pokemon.

Twitch's rules forbid violating game TOSs, which means pretty much all streamers at least have to pay lip service.

Yeah, if people hack in mons that are within the realm of possibility, they tend to get a pass. I've scooped up a few.

Not going to use them competitively, of course. I S/Led for the proper nature on a lot of mons and have been farming Caps like a motherfucker.

I've seen TONS, just TONS of injected ones while I've been tossing my breedjects into wonder trade. I delete all of them, personally, but I doubt anything bad can happen, and I know I've had at least 50 hacked mons go through my box in online mode. 3 hacked magearnas so far, I got one on my very first wonder trade weeks ago.

I'm also playing on hacked .code and have injected things like utterly illegal mons with megastone to fuck around with, or illegal legendaries like Arceus / Mewtwo.
***Note that I HAVE released these before going online.
They don't seem to stain your save file or flag you or anything though, I've never even seen a short tempban.
