This may sound a bit autistic but does anyone have a good way to mix the playstyles of hacking and being legit?

I want to skip the bottlecap grind using PKHeX to give my team good IVs and maybe changing a pokemon's nature here and there, but at the same time I'd like to put some work and effort in raising my mons and not get a perfect pokemon instantly.
