It's a genned Ditto but it's legal (ie no outrageous stats etc) so it passes the hack check.

No matter how many times I see it being posted about, I just can't comprehend the idea that there are people who send out Pokemon with perfect IVs, or are shiny, with the sole purpose of brightening someone's day.

These people apparently exist, but I've not had the fortune of reaping such rewards.

Put a mon on the GTS that is both a) easy to find and b) unlikely to be sniped, tell me the Pokemon, Gender and Level and I'll send one through for you.

I don't wondertrade Dittos to brighten people's day, I do it for the 2 Festival Coins you get each time, which are useful for getting the game to register an FP level up.

It takes minimal effort to inject a box of shiny pokemon if you have a hacked 3ds, so why not?

You just haven't gotten any because the number of people who do it is tiny compared to the number of kids wondertrading route 1 trash hoping to get a legendary.

I traded off all my UB's except Guzzlord and a Pheromosa. And a shiny Shellos I accidentally bred. If I'm not gonna use them, I might as well make a 10 year old feel like king of the world. I generally only wonder trade good stuff. Just to make wonder trade less shit.

I got a shiny slowking through gts which was also holding a master ball.
Its IVs where pretty normal. although the master ball looks a bit fishy.

Here's a tip: Bring along Tapu Lele. Nature's Madness ensures it'll stay at low HP but not at 1 HP so that it'll die to a single Mareanie, and it can Skill Swap to check the Mareanie's Ability. Keep track of how many turns pass and how many times it uses Refresh and Recover, too. If it gets to around 70 turns, that means it'll run out of turns in 10 moves, so switch targets to a new Corsola. Same with Recover (10) and Refresh (20). If it runs out of either, especially Recover, switch targets.
