How does S.O.S. battles work? I have been trying to catch a Castform

It's just rare as fuck. Pretty sure if Goomy is appearing you've met all the conditions.

Yeah. When I went for castform, a couple goomy appeared as well.

Both are rain-only SOS pokemon on certain routes, so as long as goomy is showing up, castform should as well.
