In singles it is outclassed by arcanine who has reliable recovery, extreme speed, and no weakness to fighting in a tier chock full of fighting types. It will probaby be either bl2 or RU.

Pretty bad for the bad cat. It's the worst starter competitively. Intimidate does wonders for it but it's basically has to compete with Arcanine, who is just all around better. It NEEDS the move tutors.
