in OU there's literally no reason to use it over Dragonite and Zard X, even Mega Tyranitar is arguably better. Latios out classes it specially. Maybe it has a chance of displacing Mega Altaria. Maybe.

In UU it has to compete with Mence and Gyara as a DDer and Hydreigon as a Special Attacker, which is another mon that's faster and stronger

It'll prob only ever see use in RU (where it has to compete with Tyrantrum and now Flygon, but those seem like more even comparisons so we'll have to see) If it gets usage in higher tiers it'll be because it gets Belly Drum (which Zard does too, so it still won't be OU) and Autotomize, which is ok I guess.

tl;dr: don't bother with it as a DDer
