Have you considered just finding a sandlit and then either doing SOS bullshit or breeding it? I have no idea how that could have taken you 18 hours unless you're doing something very wrong

Get a male Sylveon with Cute Charm. It increases the odds to like 30% and should take you 10 minutes tops to find one.

4 weaknesses is not "way too many", specially when it also has 3 x4 resistances it can use to come in, pressure a switch and nasty plot.

It isnt great, certainly not OU material, but your point is moot. I think its real issue is it lacks enough of a punch to make up for its shitty bulk
