And your usual Adamant Damp Parasect with Leech Life, Thief, Spore, and False Swipe. Maximum HP and ATK investment.

I always keep a full stock of Leppa Berries. It also does not hurt to have a few Hyper Potions and Lum Berries sitting around just in case.
