Smeargle is shit. Catch a Damp Parasect and teach it False Swipes, Spore, Thief and some other move. Damp means that you can catch Pokemon with SD/Explosion. Mean Look is unnecessary since roaming Pokemon are no longer a thing.

Also Poketubers are cancer and you should kill yourself.
