The easy answer is that it's unrealistic given the usual Asian martial arts philosophy. You don't try for things you'll never have, you just take what you DO have and make it as strong and efficient as possible. Most Asian women can't really build as much muscle mass as in your pic. Most PEOPLE can't build that much muscle mass without doping up on something, but that's beside the point.

There's also the marketing angle. As "progressive" as people claim to be, marketing doesn't lie: walls of muscle with tits don't sell as well as the girls that have the slightest muscle definition and wear any martial artist's uniform. Can you honestly say that muscle girls are a common enough fetish that there's a stronger marketing pool than the waifufags that will eat up any feminine girl? Almost definitely not.

Maylene's the best you're going to get for a long while, unless gamefreak decides they want to do something crazy.
