Save and soft reset
Or specifically for Corsola, if you're at Seaward you can just enter and exit the cave and walk to it while it's bubbling.
DONT RUN or it'll stop bubbling.
If it's not bubbling you have only a 1% chance of Corsola vs a 20%.

It took me three real hours. All I wanted was a female and I got one with Regenerator.
