People will trade pretty much anything for Feebas without the scale. I wouldn't bother.

Wifi general will help you will trade evos more than likely. You can get a 2nd kings rock as a held item from poliwhirls

Just get your cosmoem to 1 level below evolution, give it a rare candy to hold and have someone evolve it in the other version. Thats what I did.
