Rampardos has the Highest Non-Legendary/Mega Attack Stat but shit speed. Ribombee has great speed and can give that speed to allies.

I run a super gimmicky Ribombee/Wishiwashi strat in doubles.

>Ribombee Speed Swaps with Wishiwashi
>Wishiwashi is now a super-fast beast
>Wishiwashi resists Bullet Punch, Ice Shard, and Aqua Jet, and is bulky enough to not be insta-killed by the remaining priority moves
>Ribombee will usually be KO'ed now, but Wishiwashi is in a good position deal some big damage

Like I said, it's gimmicky, but I've won a few times with it. It's fun
