If its Speed is seriously bothering you that much just run it with Scarf, it already packs a huge punch without a boosting item.

Scarf is pretty much the best thing with it. It having immunity to priority is pretty scary when it can pack 475 and hit like a truck with psychic. Deoxys' speed is the only thing naturally faster than it with scarf as well.

But I already run Scarf on Nihilego. I've been Running specs on it instead and it's been doing fine.
