I've got to give it to Dhelmise. Strongest member of my team, triple STAB, plus I really like the design. It's clever how, out of nothing more than an anchor, a ship's wheel, and some algae they created a representation of a face. Even better, they gave it only one eye for a bit of pirate charm.

That's objectmon design done right. That's clever as fuck. Plus it looks great when it swings its anchor.

I loved it since it got revealed. Its stats aren't great but I love how it always looks angry (except when paralyzed), his beak changes color depending on the attack and Beak Blast.

I love a lot of alola pokemon, it may be my favorite dex, but I have to give it to mimikyu. Love this guy a ton, in my top 5 pokemon overall. Fun to use in battle and a great design and concept, this guy is tje best.

lurantis is cool. personally, i think it is only second to vikavolt this gen.
sadly lurantis is a shitmon, but there might be some hope for vikavolt at least.
My third favourite, Mimikyu is sure to become a staple in competitive, so that feels good at least.

The moment I discovered it was a thing, I sought out a Wimpod to evolve it. He's got a weird ability and all, but I just love how he looks. The line reminds me a lot of Binacle+Barbaracle, which was also one of my favorites last gen.

You already posted it. Not for waifu reasons either. It looks like some weird mix of Blaziken, Scyther and Flygon and I love it. Lurantis Totem fight was probably the best boss battle of gen 7, challenging and fun.

Second place would probably be Dartrix. His Amie/Refresh animations have completely won me over. He also looks a bit like my favorite Ace Attorney character so that's already a winner in my book.

Grass types are pretty awesome this generation.
