How do I get a 6IV Ditto?

I caught a legit 4IV shiny Ditto and threw it up on the GTS for a lvl. 100 Ditto. I figured I'd get a 6IV or at least a 5IV. Got this instead.

At least that thing still has some value. You can get 0 attack IVs on your special attackers or 0 speed on Trick Room stuff.
