I found a way with Smeargle, although it's easier to trade. Mine has Imprison, Worry Seed, Self Destruct and Bullet Seed. Still took a long time to get one though.

Yeah, it took a while. Caught a Vulpix, caught a Damp Parasect so I could Spore a Geodude and Sketch Self Destruct, leveled up Smeargle so it could take a hit from a level 53 Trumbeak, got Worry Seed from Exeggcute. It was kind of a pain.
