Is it possible to access this island just off of Kala'e Bay? It seems out of bounds but it's strange that it's outlined in yellow.

It's the island where pokemon spawn on for the Poke Finder spot. The smaller island to the south is the spot you gotta stand in.

Yep, I can confirm it's the Pokefinder spot, it exists just to show Pokemon standing on it.
