Just took a look, his art/tummies seem to be pretty dynamic, IDK what you're talking about. Maybe try drawing bellies from different angles and stuff, though. If you fall into the rhythm of that sort of "mostly forward, slight tilt" angle you do you may very well get stuck like that. Experiment! It's amazing how much a slight change of angle changes. Did you have anything in mind you wanted to switch up, too?
