Nothing, I just turned it on and it did that. It is an a shop copy and I did drop my 3ds like an hour ago. It landed on the sofa so I didn't think anything of it.

I just turned it off and back on, still reset but not glitched out anymore... I'm annoyed I lost all my stuff though, at least it's working again.

If you have access to homebrew, dump your save file and open it in PKHeX to check if everything's OK.

If you can't figure out what's wrong, try opening the save in PKHeX and exporting it without any changes. This will recalculate all checksums in it, so it could solve your problems.

If it still doesn't work, go to Trainer Info -> Map in PKHeX and write in these coordinates (which will put you inside the player's house - this will help you in case your save is corrupted and it's placing you in an invalid map/position):

Current Map: 16
X Coordinate: 2247.2
Z Coordinate: 10156
Y Coordinate: 0
Rotation: 0

In case you don't have access to homebrew or nothing worked, you're fucked. Get a better SD Card and restart the game.

That's not a glitch, it turned out it was just some retard who used pkhex to change the character's coordinates. You literally can't reproduce the "glitch" while playing legitimately.

That's so interesting to me. I started as a Merc and never looked back. It wasn't until I got to that bigass DLC tower that I decided to try other Lives. My other friends chose things like Cook and Fisherman. One chose Miner, the madman.
I think the Life you choose really says a lot about you as a person, desu. What a good game.
