No, I'd be okay with a port/reworked version of them. 3DS kicked the bucket a bit ago, and I really didn't want to rebuy another one for 170 ish for the XL when the Switch will be out in a few months for 250-300.

The real problem is that one of the reason i enjoyed pokemon was it being handheld. I don't care for Nintendo home consoles that much.
