Knock Off shouldn't be as hard hitting as it is anyway, it should have always been a utility move foremost. Crunch has bad distribution. Pretty good, though not defining. It buttfucks Lugia and any of the many psychic or ghost types in the tier, it can deal decent damage to P-Don, and at full health it can be revenged in on a set up Xerneas and roar it out. It can set up in the face of something passive, and become a threatening sweeper that is immune to the most common priority of the tier. It's weaknesses are pretty noteworthy, though. It's good, not great, but it has a solid place on many teams.
Solgaleo is absolute garbage. It's ability is useless, Sunsteel Strike's effect will never matter, except against a meme Shedinja. It's typing means P-Don fucks it, and it is weak to all of the ghost dark coverage that already existed with no particular place in battle. Lunaala is a better counter to Xerneas than it.

Thunder wave got nerfed but I didn't use paraflinch anyways, I used a doubles follow me/tailwind set. Maybe it'll work well with Alola-Marowak, giving Marowak a much needed speed boost and redirecting dark attacks while Marowak eats up electric moves with lightning rod.
