Fuck you No-Exp-Share cunts. I went in with Crabominal, Charjabug Evo, Goliscopod, Toxapex, Owlboy (all 52-54) and fucking Solalego (because he filled a niche Salazzal was meant to fill but I trained a male to level 30 before realising it wouldn't evlove because every second fucking mon this gen has some retarted evolution caveat) and it was a fucking ordeal. I went Hala->Olivia->Acerola->Golf chick. First ghost loli kicked the shit out me, then bird chick wrecked my team (admitting fucking shit when it comes to flying types), then the final run against Kukui was the most intense bullshit I have experienced. I tried to avoid using items or Z-moves in battle cause I'm not a bitch but fuck that noise I was so outclassed at times it wasn't funny.
Fucking Solalego was useless, got one hit way too often. Fucking legendary my hairy arsehole.

Took this pic before going in. Used Rare Candies to up some who were 49 because OCD tendencies with this being like a checkpoint. Didn't use items mid-battle for any. None fainted against the E4 but I was down to my last against Kukui. Dec was 53, Pas was 52, and the rest were 51 by the end.

Played with the exp share off and was at 42-45 when I beat Hau. Had been struggling through the whole last island.
My team was complete shit since I have gotten so used to being able to beat the games with no effort no matter how bad my team composition is.
Had to grind to 52-53 to stand a chance. Grinding without Exp Share is a bitch too.

Don't get me wrong though, I'm not complaining. I was just taken by surprise.

Same here, was using a pure alolan team as well so I was getting outsped all the time. I went in first at lvl 45 and Crabronimable was able to sweep my team.

Hardest game with the console share off. Think Hala is the hardest though.

I just beat the E4 last night.

Kommo-o was my MVP and it's not even close.

Didn't touch the Exp Share even once. Only lost 3 battles during my entire playthrough.
