No, because that's real life--I can't control it. Besides, birds are fairly irregular and not quite as obnoxious. It's not as if the singular noise from Pokemon is annoying, just that it never stops and it keeps happening and there's no option to disable it.

The frequency is a bit too much this gen I think. Especially jarring since they continue sounding during cutscenes, and when it's the cutscenes with no music it's like that stock cricket sound when somebody tells a shitty joke.
