Wanna know the best solution for every Speed Boost and Baton Pass problem? Ban the combination Speed Boost + Baton Pass. People may not longer be able to have a slightly faster wallbreaker to sweep through 1200 elo but hey now people might be able to run Baton Pass chains and Speed Boost Blaziken in OU without being so overwhelming.
Blaziken would still get banned anyways.
