In so salty they killed Super Training to have you grind soshul points hoping for that one facility to drop and then grinding more to get the item/service you want.

My biggest problem is having to go into plaza and connect/disconnect every single time I want to trade instead of being able to just always be online. Plaza is nice otherwise but this is straight up tedious and inferior to PSS

Loss of O powers is shitty too, as is removal of Super Training
