two gens in a row we've seen gamefreak buff and nerf pokemon with move distributions, ability changes, and even stat changes.

ITT: you pick a pokemon that you want to see buff'd or nerf'd. post a picture of it, explain your changes, and then people r8 and h8. the goal is to make it usable in-game or at best competitively viable (OU). making things ubers should be seen as a failure

my choice is turtonator. i was really stoked to use this thing because it's weird as shit looking. the fact that it's slow is no surprise (because this is alola) but it really needs to be able to take hits better. my suggestion is +20hp. also given it's dex entry about having exploding dung i'm surprised it doesn't have access to sludge bomb.

Yeah they really overdid this...

For Crabominable I would say +20 speed and +10 defense. I'd also like to see it get Mach Punch, Hammer Arm (it already has Ice Hammer) and Drain Punch.

Also if they could make Ice types better overall that would be greeeeeat...

Nerf: Geomancy's increased is lessened by 1 stage. All Z-Moves have their damage reduced by 20. Decrease the amount healed by poison heal by half.

Really, with those defenses and Dragon Dance, it's a little upsetting it doesn't get it now. Hope a tutor changes that in the future.

These are great changes.

And now, ignoring the fact that I have no concept of balance, some fantasy Electivire changes:
>Vital Spirit joins Motor Drive as a secondary, regular ability.
>Surge Surfer HA.
>+15 Speed, +20 HP. This Speed ties with Alolan Raichu.
>Electric/Fighting type.
>Now learns Close Combat and Mach Punch.

Hoping that isn't too goofy of a change.

Electivire is already slightly bulkier than A-Raichu and hits harder, I doubt it needs the stat changes.

Presumably because the fangs are coverage moves and Luxray gets Wild Charge.

I think if the fangs were 100% accuracy they'd be perfect, or possibly 70bp.

Give it a hidden ability that isn't emergency exit. Alternatively, make an item that makes the ability have no effect for the pokemon holding it.
Also give it +10 speed and +10 sp. defense. Now it's good

these are all because I like even numbers, aside from defense and speed.

reasons: despite it being a fighting-type, it only learns four fighting type moves, one of which is a status move, and another which is a special move.

They have two secondary effects, punches only have one.

Fangs have a 10% chance to inflict their relevant status and a 10% chance to cause the target to flinch. Punches only have the former.

If Mega Sharpedo would have to get tinkered with, that's a whole other story, but I don't think a single Pokemon should gate tweaks to other lesser Pokemon.

Give it its priority STABs, +10 hp, +12 defense, and replace anger point with fur coat. Bam, fighting type Avalugg with priority.

Notably, all of the other location based evolutions get a 525/535 BST and are usually available somewhere around the midgame point, while Vikavolt gets 500 and Crabominable gets fucking 478 despite only being available near the very end. I'm not sure if it's more baffling or pathetic.

I suppose if they had to they could tweak Sharpedo to give it a unique ability which adds a percentage of its speed to its attack. That would allow them to buff Strong Jaw without breaking the game. And they should buff Iron FIst while they're at it.
