Is Pallosand any good really?
I was considering it for a ground type, but it's stats and whatnot seemed really meh.

Switching it in for water hits makes sense, but I don't think this team will have any expected water hits outside of Salazzle (which more likely has to worry about ground).

Actually, maybe a flying would be good to swap in after salazzle or metagross since earthquakes are probably gonna be the response to them.

No one else wants to ask questions or give answers/suggestions?

Sure. I currently have torracat, trumbeak, grimer, mudbray, araquanid and cottonee.

I'd say maybe find some other option than Grimer.
Mudsdale with Stamina can do some crazy shit.

A. Muk is nice bulk, but it doesn't really give much besides that, and you already have a good dark type with your future Incineroar.

Not sure what you should swap it out for though. Just that it is probably the one you could do without rather than Mudsdale.

Fire type mono run may be kinda hard.
You don't have many options honestly.

There's only 10 fully evolved fire mons in the main game itself, with 3 more available through QR scanning.

Mudsdale already can get rock moves to help dealing with birds, I think. May want to check that.

I don't know what ability to run on my Midday Lycanroc. Sand Rush is situational, Steadfast might be good against mons that use Fake Out, but Keen Eye prevents accuracy loss, ignores the opponent's evasion increases and if I'm not in the mood to use a repel I can stick the rock pupper in the lead to get wild Pokemon to fuck off more often.

Stone Edge is shit, I like Rock Slide. Don't Rock-types gain a special defence boost in sandstorms? That might be another reason to use Sand Rush.
