It doesn't mention steelhax as an entry point so just google that after downloading steeldiver subwars free from eshop.It just makes you be able to launch homebrew channel from your home menu.

Yeah,but it has an issue on old 3ds's that make it impossible to boot.I just use PChex++ for the channel XY/ORAs and JK Save manager and pkhex on the pc for SM.
