Incineroar is the worst, at least until Intimidate is released. Primarina's sole purpose is to blow shit up, that's literally it. Decidueye can do everything under the sun except sweep. Birb and seal will be strong UU, with usable roles in OU. Incineroar is NU, with intimidate he can be a strong threat in UU

I like Decidueye, but I wish Rowlet's third evo was a gentleman owl. Like a bigger and older Dartrix. I love Dartrix.

I mean look at those stats! Great mixed attacking stats and HUGE movepool to abuse it! Its also very fast!

I personally use him as a lead-trapper. He hard-cucks Toxapex, Ferrothorn, Klefki, and other stall-y mons like that. Shackle em, then I SD since most don't carry damaging moves. You can opt for Roost or Defog, I personally use Defog to handle spikes and sneaky pebbles. Then I baton pass to mega shrimp and usually sweep.

Primarina needs web support since she isn't too fast. She also needs someone to handle Toxapex, because unless you run Specs, Tox will probably get some shit up then bail and heal.
Decidueye can fit into most teams as a support mon, just outfit him with roost/shackle/defog/featherdance/swordsdance/nastyplot/baton pass. He definitely suffers from 4 move syndrome so just equip him with what fits you best.

Long reach is pretty darn cool, liquid voice is shit, but the classic intimidate will serve to be the better of the three. Fire tiger swampert is pretty darn good it seems. I chose rowlet, and Decidueye is cool and all, but its retarded it has to evolve to learn acrobatics and brave bird, but loses the stab, while fucking charjabug gets acrobatics over dartrix, the owl.
