why do most toxapex sets reccomend 0 ATK IVs? I'm new to

Foul Play does more damage the higher the Attack stat is, and I think Strength Sap heals the user by how much attack you have. 0 Atk is common if there's no physical attacks, it lessens those move's effects

If you get confused and hurt yourself, you'll do more damage if you have more attack iv's.

Best nature for Toxapex?

Because its needs the help it can get in hp and its attack is already sub par so it wont really matter investing on it unless it can 2ko an oponent. Its defences are impecable so id invest on one of them and hp and 6 remaining on sp def or attack if you really want to
