For Zygarde 50 and 10 it's a fucking great ability and saying otherwise just makes you look dumb. Compare it to Aura Break and it's in a whole different league.
Sure, if you look at Zygarde Complete in isolation then you might call it an useless ability, but as far as in-battle forme changes go it's an easy one to pull off and Complete itself is very good.

There where lots of different things GF could of done, but instead they chose to just slap the Complete forme as an ability instead. Would be more fitting if the Zygarde Cube after filling it up with all the cores and cells granted us the Complete forme without the in-battle ability.

Do you even play it in OU or are just memeing? It's a fantastic late game sweeper. Just put u-turn on it and switch it in late in the game on a low health pokemon. Either the opponent will switch out afraid of activating battlw bond and you get a free hit plus u-turn or you get the KO. You need more skill, prediction and mindgame when you play it compared to protean greninja but getting a kill with regular life orb greninja still isn't hard and Ash-greninja hits hard as shit. Shit like pheremosa don't bother it either since it got one of the best priority moves in the game.

Ash-Greninja is one of the best late-game sweepers in OU right now. With a priority that is the closet to now-dead Talonflame.
they work differently, and hell, post transforming the damage on non-STAB with Ash-Greninja is almost as good.
