Convince me that gen 1 remakes will not happen within the next 5 years. We've been getting gen 1 pandering for two straight generations and a mobile game, loads of celebration for red and blue's 20th anniversary, and virtual console releases. The best thing they can do for gen one at this point is a remake on the Switch, it'd sell like hotcakes and we all know that's all Jew Freak cares about
