Just stick with the Serebii guide. YouTube guides are riddled with a few errors that really mess up the flow, especially when some of them messed up whether if it was day/night exclusive or not.

I found it by just having a hunch on what the last one could be, and I was fucking right. There are actually people who exist that there's one Zygarde Cell that's a bug, and making people unable to complete it.

Go through the list, type/write out the number of the ones you think you're missing or have a hunch. You may think you already had one in a certain area and skip out on it- when in reality it may have been the one you skipped; thinking about it all the time may lead to you thinking yourself you've already got it.

Or, you can just get a Zygarde off of the GTS and use 50 cells on it if you're not an autist about it.

I played the entire game looking for cells very thoroughly during the day, and I've been combing through areas at night and finding a good number in areas I've been in a bunch. If they aren't both in the canyon I think I'll have to consult a guide, I've been checking absolutely everywhere up until now.

Sorry to hijack, but can anyone tell me how the whole process works?
As far as i heard you can make all the Aura Break Zygarde you want until you get 100 cells, which forces them to have Power Construct, making another Zygarde impossible to make unless you trade one or two from another game and divide them.

Or just transfer your Aura Break Zyggy from XY and use the Zygarde Cube to change it between 10% and 50% as you please.
Make you a Power Construct Zyggy from the 100 Cells/Cores and switch between 10% and 50% with the Zygarde Cube whenever you want. It'll go 100% with either form when you go below half HP in battle.

You can use your own cells, other guy's cells, you can even divide a Zygarde from XY. If you have a Zygarde, you have cells, if you have cells, you have a Zygarde. Just catch a Bagon/Jangmo-o, ask for a Zygarde and wait to January. Then you will have your traded Aura break Zygarde 10% forme, your kalosian Aura break Zygarde 50% forme from XY and your own power construct Zygarde.
Or just ask form more luscious cells, I already won 70 free cells traded for Bagons

Oh you can divide and rebuild a Zygarde to "kill" him and generate another one (losing moves, ribbons, friendship and that shit) so you can just kill and rebuild your Zygarde until get a good nature (but remember only Aura break Zs can be divided, when all the 100 cells are fully assembled you can't divide him)

Is it absolutely confirmed that going into the portal counts for finding day/night exclusive ones? Because I've looked at this fucking list at least 7 times now and I'm 100% sure I've been to every location. The only possible way I'm still missing 1 cell is if I went to a spot at the wrong time by mistake.

None of the islands are very big, none of the cells are that well hidden, just remember the shit you do instead of mindlessly picking up shit and letting the game do the entire sidequest for you. Yes it was hectic but the last remaining were places I missed cuz it was night time when I played.

Like the first 2 at the 1st trial because those 2 cores were day time only. The last core I was missing was the night time core at Aether Paradise. I swore I got that one before but when I went back and checked, it seemed i didn't.
