What's the best Pokemon to use to catch other Pokemon? False

Why not skill swap instead of gastro acid and keep spore?

My personal favorite is Poison Heal Breloom. Toxic Orb means it'll never die. Then just Spore/False Swipe/Sword Dance/whatever. That last move can be Worry Seed if you're worried about abilities.

If I'm going for a Grass or Ghost type, I just lead with something that has Soak.

Technician. It hits surprisingly hard once you get it to level 90+, especially if you bother with EVs. Strong second favorite for me.

Damp Parasect, Spore, False Swipe.
I'd add another attack with a bit more power than False Swipe to keep a battle from lasting forever, but nothing with STAB.

Also a set up for something with low PP, like Ho-Oh and it's 20 PP.

Pangoro is beast for SOS chains.

The downside is no status moves, ofc. But that hardly matters in chains.

Doesn't kartana learn false swipe and have ridiculously high attack? Could make a good one if it learns some status moves and you are not picky about what you get on a mon.

I had luck with uploading a cranidos and asking for a lv41-50 pangoro. I have no other ones unfortunately. You could try the GTS, lv1 mareanies and cranidos go away for a reasonable variety of pokemon and rather quickly.
